As a new client, you’ll have the opportunity to complete a Personal Health Evaluation before your first consultation. This helps ensure we make the most of our time together and bridges any gaps that might arise from an online format rather than meeting in person.

During your initial consultation, which lasts up to 90 minutes, we’ll take a deep dive into your health and well-being. This is a safe, confidential, and relaxed space where you can share your health concerns, not just your symptoms but how you’re feeling overall.

• In-Depth Discussion: We’ll explore your medical history, diet, lifestyle, medications (a list is helpful!), and family health background.
• Holistic Assessment: I’ll review major health systems, including gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and energy levels, to get a full picture of your health.
• Unique Methods: From tongue analysis to pulse reading, hand examination, and even blood pressure checks, I use traditional and holistic tools to gain insights into your well-being.
• Physical Examination (if needed): For specific concerns, such as back pain or respiratory issues, we may perform a focused examination.
• Personalized Approach: This is your time to share what brought you to me and your hopes for the consultation. Every individual is unique, and what feels most significant to you is my priority.

After our consultation, I will craft a personalized treatment plan tailored just for you. 

This may include:

• Herbal Remedies: A tincture, tea, or cream designed specifically to address your needs.
• Dietary and Lifestyle Advice: Suggestions to support your overall health and complement your treatment.
• Root Cause Focus: Beyond symptom relief, I’ll work to address the underlying causes of your condition for long-term wellness.

Each client leaves with a customized herbal remedy, prepared at the precise dosage and strength needed for their individual care.

To monitor progress and refine your plan, follow-up consultations are typically scheduled 2-3 weeks after your initial visit. These sessions, lasting 30-45 minutes, allow us to discuss how you’re feeling, adjust remedies as needed, and ensure you’re on the path to optimal health. The number of follow-ups depends on your unique needs and goals, whether short-term relief or ongoing support.

I offer consultations face-to-face, via phone, email, or video conferencing to suit your preferences. For non-face-to-face sessions, I kindly ask clients to share relevant medical records and information beforehand via email to provide the most informed and personalized care possible.
