At Mommy and Baby First, we pride ourselves on having the most loving, warm, and passionate doulas on the planet. Our doulas are not only highly trained and certified professionals, but they also bring the invaluable perspective of life experience as mothers themselves.

Our doulas provide unwavering support for the entire family during pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood. We fill a vital role by listening without judgment, boosting confidence, and offering compassionate care. Whether in the comfort of your home or in hospitals across Georgia, we deliver flexible, practical, and emotional support tailored to your needs.

As doulas, we don’t aim to change outcomes, but studies show our presence can lead to significant benefits, such as reduced intervention rates, shorter labor, and healthier babies at birth. Our services are available in Atlanta, Roswell, Woodstock, Kennesaw, and surrounding areas. At Mommy and Baby First, we’re honored to walk alongside you in this beautiful journey of motherhood and beyond.

Mommy and Baby First was born from a deeply personal experience in 2011, during my seventh month of pregnancy. While facing complications, I was prescribed Betamethasone and Progesterone and advised by my medical team to focus on taking care of myself and my unborn daughter. 

At that moment, I felt isolated, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do. From my hospital bed, I envisioned a space where mothers could feel supported, informed, and cared for during such vulnerable times. That vision became Mommy and Baby First.

I started with a website, branding it as a Pampering Doula Service for Pregnant Women, and added a customer service initiative to empower mothers to care for their children while working from home. 

This foundation has grown into a resource where moms can find compassionate care, practical support, and expert guidance.

My Journey
With 29 years of experience in the healthcare industry—from The Brooklyn Hospital Center and Maimonides Medical Center to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Belmont Village, and Sunrise—I’ve had the privilege of serving and supporting countless individuals with love and dedication.

For over 28 years, I’ve worked as a doula, and I spent five years as a CNA, providing care to people of all ages. My true passion, however, lies in empowering mothers, ensuring they’re in the best possible condition to care for themselves and their families.

At Mommy and Baby First, my goal is to offer every mother the care, understanding, and resources she needs to feel confident and supported on her journey.
