As your doula, I will be your constant source of guidance, advocacy, and emotional anchoring, ensuring you feel empowered and cared for every step of the way.
As Your Doula, I Will:
- Advocate and Protect You:
- Serve as your emotional anchor and unwavering supporter throughout your journey.
- Provide Comfort Measures and Aromatherapy:
- Hands-on sessions to explore comfort techniques for late pregnancy and labor, including deep breathing, relaxation, movement, and positioning.
- Guidance on aromatherapy to enhance your birthing experience and support your mental and emotional well-being.
- Offer Nutrition and Lifestyle Support:
- Review and optimize your dietary and lifestyle habits to align with your goals and enhance your overall pregnancy wellness.
- Prepare You for Parenthood:
- Provide education and tools to help you confidently care for your newborn and address all your questions.
- Deliver Virtual Doula Support:
- Offer audio, video, and text communication to support clients at a distance and assist with pre-labor troubleshooting and birth preparation.
Package Details:
- Initial Consultation: Free
- 4 Prenatal Visits: In-depth sessions tailored to your needs.
- Antenatal Support: Assistance with up to 2 antenatal appointments.
- Unlimited Access: Stay connected via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo, and email from booking until 4 weeks post-birth.
- On-Call Availability: From 14 days before your due date until birth.
- Labor and Birth Support:
- Physical and emotional care for you and your partner.
- Continuous support during labor until you are settled with your new baby.
- Assistance with latching and preserving the Golden Hour (if applicable).
- Postnatal Support:
- A minimum of 10 hours of postnatal care over approximately 4 visits.
- Postpartum massage to support recovery.
- Doula Library Access: Exclusive resources to support your journey.
