Postnatal doula support is tailored to meet your own needs–what suits one family may not be to the needs of another.
We Offer:
- Flexible Family Support
- Emotional and practical support
- Debriefing previous births
- Infant feeding support Breastfeeding support
- Cooking an evening meal ahead or fill your freezer with nutritious meals
- Supporting your partner and older siblings
- Light shopping/housework
- Newborn care
- 2 hours maximum postnatal support (around 8 visits)
- Biological newborn norms and expectations
- Initial consultation free
- Postnatal Care for moms who need a few extra hours of support after birth. I can help with breastfeeding support, bottle feeds, and giving mom time to rest/sleep/shower. I can help with general tidying (picking up, hovering, unloading the dishwasher) preparing meals, and food shopping.
- You will have unlimited phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo & email contact access from booking until 2 weeks after your booking date
- Food would need to be provided for your meal preparation
- You would need to provide funds for all food shopping purchased, receipts would be provided.
