By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay the specified price for the products and any applicable shipping fees. 

Keens Things keeps your payment information secure, accepts PayPal, and most major credit cards, and offers payment arrangements. Keens Things never receives your credit card information.

I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If the booking cannot be fulfilled, Keenya will promptly refund any money reserved.  

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Keens Things is not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping carrier issues. Thank you!
