  • Be a compassionate listener during our weekly video or voice calls.

  • Provide evidence-based resources to help you make informed decisions.
• Prepare You for Birth and Parenthood: 
  • Assist with creating a flexible birth plan.
  • Provide one-on-one antenatal education covering pregnancy, labor, and early parenthood.
  • Help you and your partner prepare for caring for your new arrival.
• Physical and Emotional Support During Birth: 
  • Be present during labor, offering support for both you and your partner.
  • Stay until you are settled with your new baby and assist with latching.

• Free initial consultation
• 2 prenatal visits
• Unlimited access via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo, and email from booking until 2 weeks post-birth
• On-call availability 14 days before your due date until birth
• 2 postnatal visits
