Helping you to navigate pregnancy, look at birth, and prepare for life with a new child. With antenatal support, I aim to help you have a calmer pregnancy and better prepare you for birth and parenting.

I offer flexible support designed to fit your lifestyle and preferences. Whether you prefer a video call, phone call, or an in-person visit, I am here for you. Virtual support is also available for appointments, and I’m just an email, text, or call away to listen and respond to your needs. 

As your doula, I will:​  

•  Be Your Advocate: I’ll protect your wishes and help you feel confident and empowered throughout your journey. Guide Your Birth Plans: Together, we’ll prepare a birth plan that suits your needs, with a focus on flexibility if circumstances change. 
•  Provide a Free Initial Consultation: Let’s connect to discuss how I can best support you. 
•  Offer Unlimited Contact: Enjoy unlimited phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Duo, and email access from booking until one week after your baby’s birth. 
•  Be On Call for You: I’ll be available 24/7 starting seven days before your due date until the birth of your baby. 
•  Provide Postnatal Care: One postnatal visit to help you settle into your new routine with confidence. 
•  Grant Doula Library Access: Access to a curated collection of resources to empower and inform you.
